Hanging on and letting go
Just me out here trying to hang onto sanity and let go of stress while running in place and around town. I am back at it! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee.......I am responsible for me!

You ARE a runner! Get out there and train! And buy yourself the Garmin. That should help motivate you since you'll want to use it.
